Excellent Pressure Reduction Through Unique Technique
Excellent pressure reduction is achieved through cuts in the mattress foam. Different cut patterns are used in combination in a single mattress. The cut patterns differ according to the part of the body the mattress comes into contact with.Pattern A is for the part of the mattress that is in contact with the spinal column and shoulders when in the lateral recumbent position.

Pattern B is for the part of the mattress that is in contact with the sacrum, ilium and greater trochanter when in the lateral recumbent position.

Pattern C is for the part of the mattress that is in contact with the heels.

The foot end of the mattress (indicated by D) slopes downwards to disperse pressure on the calf and heel.

Enhanced Safety - Firm urethane foam is used on the sides of the mattress (indicated by E) to offer greater support when getting into or out of the bed and provide stability when sitting on the side of the bed.

Employs "Glide Sheet Processing" to treat urethane foam and apply a smooth. It reduces the risk of pressure ulcer because of keeping the person from sliding when back raising.

Providing Support for Lumbar, Posterior, and Femoral Region
Constructed of a soft material designed to natural and comfortable sleeping position. Gently support the lumbar and femoral regions and lift up the person's posterior, the area most affected by gravity.

Easy to turn with its unique Paramount Bed designed structure constructed of polyester material and urethane foam.

Stretch with Wave Patterned Structure
Stretch and expand to accommodate movement during back raising operation by unique "Cross-line Structure" which comes wave-shaped polyester material envelops the posterior region.

Anchor Support Keeps Posture
When back raise, firm urethane foam serves as an anchor to keep the person from sliding downward toward the foot.

Side-edges Work to Easily Stabilize Sitting on Side
Use firmer urethane foam on both side of the mattress makes stable sitting posture on side and getting in to or out of the bed.
